Meditation
"Meditation is a journey from external activity to inner silence". - Roger Gabriel
What is Meditation?
Meditation is the practice of focusing the mind and developing awareness to help achieve clarity and calm. Meditation uses different techniques – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object (candle), mantra, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state
During meditation, you focus your attention and observe the stream of thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.
